Our services
We have a variety of services available to provide flexibility when creating your family time plan. We also offer support in Aberdare, Merthyr Tydfil & Caerphilly.
Supervised Family Time
Supervised Family Time takes place in a private space where you can have one-on-one, quality time with your child/ Children. A professional thoroughly monitors each session, ensuring positive, child-focused, and safe interactions.​ An observational report is included and will be sent to both parties following each session.
Handovers
For separated parents, child exchanges can sometimes be stressful or lead to unwanted conflict. Our Handover Service ensures a smooth, neutral transfer of children between parents, removing the need for direct contact while prioritizing the child’s well-being.
Supported Family Time
Supported Family Time is designed for families who do not require full supervision but still benefit from a structured, neutral environment. This service offers a safe, relaxed setting for parents and children to spend time together without direct monitoring or intervention.
Community Escorted
Contact that takes place outside of the centre in the local community. We are located within walking distance of Pontypridd town centre, which provides many places to spend time with your child/ children. The family time can be supervised or supported by a member of staff who will join you within the community for the full duration.
Remote Family Time
We offer Remote Family Time via either Teams or Zoom. This is an efficient way to have family time when you cannot be face-to-face due to extenuating factors. There is an additional £10 fee if you would like an observational report, this would be accessible to both parents.
Indirect (Letterbox)
Writing letters is a caring, thoughtful way to keep communication flowing safely and creatively when face-to-face visits aren’t possible. The cost includes a return letter and recorded delivery. There may be a surcharge for any extra cost incurred from larger parcels.
